Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®).

Mix 3g (3/5 of scoop) with 150ml of cold water. Shake until mixed and consume immediately. Alternatively add to your favorite shake. We recommend 1-2 servings per day best taken post workout and either in the morning or evening, based on your workout pattern.
