SIGNUP
Online registration deadline: 2nd of September 2018.
Failure to meet the deadline involves a registration fee of €100 to be paid at the Official Registration at the venue site on September 21st, respectively September 22nd, 2018.
ENTRY FEE
Foreign athletes are required to pay a €200 entry fee upon registering.

This fee includes participation to the contest, accommodation for three nights (21st-23rd September) in a standard double room, onsite transportation and an invitation to the Farewell Banquet.

MUSIC
All posing music must be on an MP3 CD or memory stick. Each competitor must affix his name on the CD or memory stick for easy identification.
The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music.
TANNING
All methods of tanning are allowed.
ARRIVAL
All athletes must be present for the Official Registration and Weigh-in.
In case you decide to travel to Dej by plane (the closest airport is the Avram Iancu International Airport), bus or train and are in need of assistance, please inform the Organizer.
A valid passport is required to enter the territory of the European Union. EU-country citizens do not need visa. All other countries should consult the Romanian Embassy in their country to determine if they need a visa. An Official Letter of Invitation will be made available if required.
